B&B in "Constable Country"
near Suffolk's Heritage Coast.
College Farm is an arable farm set in the peaceful Suffolk countryside, surrounded by acres of woodland and countryside, abundant in birds and wildlife and close to the coast, just 6 miles west of Ipswich on the A1071 to Hadleigh.
The Grade II Listed farmhouse is a 500-year-old beamed Tudor building which was once owned by Cardinal Wolsey in King Henry VIII's time. It has been carefully modernised over the years, but still retains its character with oak beams, inglenook fireplaces, sloping floors and low doorways.
